Specialist media management consultancy, Artemis has welcomed leading North West Housing provider, Magenta Living to its client portfolio.
Artemis secured the Magenta Living account following a competitive tender and has been appointed to provide public relations support and strategic counsel to the organisation.
Magenta Living currently owns and manages nearly 13,000 properties and is the largest provider of social housing in Wirral. The organisation, which employs more than 500 people, has invested over £200 million in its properties during recent years and recently announced ambitious plans to build over 2,000 new homes for rent and sale by 2022, significantly expanding its geographic reach.
The Artemis team will work in close liaison with Magenta Living’s in-house marketing and communications experts to strengthen the organisation’s profile with key stakeholders, raising awareness of its commitment to address a variety housing needs and deliver social value in communities.
